Delivery & Returns

Delivery & Returns

We are happy to provide a FREE standard delivery service for all orders totalling £100.00 or above (UK Mainland only). Any order under £100.00 will carry a standard postage & packing charge of £4.95 (UK mainland). All orders received will be processed by the next working day and will be delivered once all funds have cleared, providing there are no additional security checks required and all stock items are available. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

Delivery Time
Delivery is normally within ten working days from the date of order.  If you should require your order urgently, please telephone or email us and we will make every effort to try and expedite it.

Small Products
Small products will be sent directly to you either through Post Office mail or with a Courier service and will require a signature of acceptance.

Larger Products  -  We offer 2 delivery services for our larger products.

FREE Standard Delivery

For orders over £100, the first option is a FREE courier service in which products will be dropped off at the delivery address given when placing your order. If you are unable to check items immediately please make sure you mark the delivery note as unchecked to ensure any damaged items can be covered under our insurance or the courier company’s insurance.

Premium Delivery

The second option is a Premium Delivery & Set up Service which will include delivery, set up and demonstration of your new purchase to your delivery address. Orders will be delivered directly to your door by one of My Mobility Shop's friendly experienced technicians who will give you a full demonstration of your new product and answer any questions you may have. If you are unsure how to use your new purchase or you are unable to set it up without help we would strongly advise that you purchase the Premium Delivery & Set up Service during checkout.

The additional charge for our Premium Delivery & Set up Service is calculated from either of our warehouses.  Our Norfolk warehouse is situated at postcode NR28 and Leicestershire warehouse is situated at postcode LE9. Charges for this are as set out below:- 

Option 1:  £50 to a postcode up to 60 miles in distance

Option 2:  75 to a postcode 61 to 90 miles in distance

Option 3:  £100 to a postcode 91 to 120 miles in distance

Option 4:  £125 to a postcode 121 to 150 miles in distance

We regret that currently our Premium Delivery Service is not available to postcodes in excess of 150 miles from either of our warehouses. 

Inspection of Goods
As part of the conditions of sale, customers are required to inspect all goods on receipt and are to note on the Couriers documentation, details of damage to either the packaging or the goods themselves. Where this is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, then Mobility Freedom will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or replacement.

In all cases, damage to goods must be reported to My Mobility Shop within 24 hours of receipt by telephone, via email or post.

Returns

Under the distance selling regulations, you are quite within your rights to change your mind at any time within the first seven days of receipt, return the goods and get a full refund for the cost of the product.  There will be no cancellation charge or a ‘restocking’ fee.
